I really like this place. I do not have a specific person I go to each time. But having never done wax to this extent or sugaring before I was very nervous. Each time the staff talked to me the whole time, and did a great job. I even accidentally booked the wrong type of appointment last time and they adjusted for my needs.

I booked for Olivia, but she switched me to Kiley w/o asking me. I would’ve just rescheduled. Kiley specifically told me she did not know why I was switched, but Olivia is her boss so she can’t question her. I told her I understood! However, Olivia you have responded very rudely to me on my Google review. Good communication is EVERYTHING as a business owner! You should have told Kiley to contact me to ask if I was comfortable with the last minute switch. You have no empathy on the pain I was in when I left your shop. Kiley is the most messiest and painful sugarer I’ve EVER had. She was so horrible I had her stop mid service, she seemed nice but I will never come here again! Thankfully, Sara at Bare Skin Waxing provided a professional and painless service!

Natalie was great!! She is a professional. As soon as I arrived, she greeted me and had me fill out a quick form. She walked me to the room and we got started. I had only booked for a full leg because of time but she was able to do my arms and underarms within the time frame! I’ve been sugared before but my experience with Natalie overall was so much better. I didn’t even feel much! I was very comforting & our conversation was amazing!! She’s such a sweetheart. I already booked for my next appointment! I can’t wait to be back. It was an amazing experience!

I’ve been going to see Olivia for Brazilian waxes since she was at her previous location 4+ years ago. She is absolutely amazing. The quality of work that she does is incomparable. While a wax will never be completely pain free for me, I’m comfortable enough where I can actually hold a conversation with her during the process. I had such a good experience that I came back for a full set and have been coming here ever since. The staff are all so nice and do really careful work – you won’t be leaving with red, sticky eyes just perfect lashes! Additionally, they have a lash membership club that gives you a certain number of fills per month for an affordable price which I love. Love this spa! My first visit was actually to have some lashes removed that were done at another salon that were poorly done. I had such a good experience that I came back for a full set and have been coming here ever since. The staff are all so nice and do really careful work – you won’t be leaving with red, sticky eyes just perfect lashes! Olivia is the BEST! She’s my go to person with waxing… I’ve known her for about 5 years now before she started Organic Honey Care Spa and I won’t go to anyone else. I absolutely love sugar waxing and Organic Honey Care Spa, the place is so clean and calming. I’ve also seen a couple of other ladies who work there for waxing and they’re all really good too! I’ve been coming to see her for 2 years and with my really thick, fast growing, coarse hair she has been a miracle worker.This most recent time – a week ago – I had not been waxed or shaved in 6 months, my hair was so long it could be braided (seriously – no joke)!Surprisingly and quickly – she waxed me up and had me on my way with minimal discomfort. I won’t lie and say it was painless, but I was expecting it to be wayyyyyy more painful! She even takes time to provide guidance on ingrown hairs and post waxing maintenance. Awesome!Even though I’ve moved a slight bit away, I’ll happily make the trek to Olivia for hair removal redemption.
