I absolutely LOVE this salon! They are all very friendly, it’s immaculately clean, the background music is soothing, they offer a variety of services, their hours are very accommodating, you can make an appointment or walk-in, they have convenient parking, a Dutch Bros next door , Lu and Angie are lightening fast and FABULOUS at doing the SNS nails and pedicures, and Linda (the manager) is always very friendly and helpful. They also offer waxing services.

The staff was super friendly and organized. One of my toe nails needed to be fixed and one of the staff members took the time to make sure everything was up to her standards. Highly recommended. Grab a candy on your way out!

This place was quite short staffed when we showed up for our appointments, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for someone to show up to do my nails as there was only one tech working and she took my daughter first. However, when the tech finally showed up to work she was very professional and suggested I do a dip rather than gel. I was very happy with the work, my nails looked great for my daughter’s wedding and held up really well. I’m not sure what is organic about this place, but it’s clean and the staff are professional.

first of all, i made an appointment and when i got there the manager asked me to leave because they were too booked. after i had an appointment, i told her i didn’t have any other free time this week to come in so i asked if she could just take me… she makes me wait 30 minutes, hands me a nail file and asks me to file my own nails, mind you, i have been there many times before and always giving them second chances. the nail techs are not skilled and literally refuse to do designs. designs as simple as a cherry or a word. they are so unprofessional and have lost my business.

Initially i loved this place! They’re quality is still amazing but as of today i don’t think I’ll be coming back. I made an appointment and i am still in my seat going on an hour past when i scheduled my appointment waiting to get a pedicure. I understand they are busy, however is is disrespectful to take walk ins before someone who made an appointment, and keep them waiting for an hour. If they are so busy they should have turned away the walk ins or let me know that they couldn’t do mine anymore at this time.this has now effect my plans for the day. Beyond disappointed, especially due to when I’m a walk in and they never tend to me first as appropriate, then when i made an appointment I’m not tended to at all. UPDATE: they finally did my pedi but didn’t even do all that comes with it like i paid for including the wax. They took $5 off for the wait but i still will not be coming back after this.
