I called and made an appointment with someone who via phone initially gave me a bad vibe; not very good energy coming across the phone line. I knew a week prior, that I was going to be unable to make the appointment. I called; emailed and texted to cancel (one week prior to my scheduled appointment) to no avail. I finally got a call the night before letting me know they never received any of my calls nor emails, therefore, I was denied a refund. When I expressed my concern, she took a defensive stance and further denied my refund. She is a THIEF. I spoke to several other individuals who confirmed the same circumstance. Good luck!

I paid to have my hair permanently colored back to its original black color after having had highlights. The color did not stick. I called back about a month later to finally get it fixed- something that is an inconvenience to me- and the owner said I would need to pay to have the whole thing done all over again. So they wouldn’t fix what wasn’t done right the first time, and wanted me to pay for the same treatment just hoping it sticks the next time. I told the owner I was upset and she said it’s too bad I’m upset but it’s a business. I should have called the next day. Horrible customer service!

I get stopped on the street & asked “who cuts your hair?” In addition she has diligently worked on getting it healthier from my “home” touch ups for my ever increasing gray! My medium brown is no longer “flat and dull”, I’m sure it is her expert experience! No all hair people know how to color, OR cut! My appearance is very important to my business and my age! One day I was passing by the salon and It looked really cute and caught my attention. I called to see if they had any availability for a Blow Dry. Immediately, they said I could come in and they took care of me. They did a great job and I just kept coming back for multiple blow dries on a weekly basis. The blowdry and hair services are great but most of all, the customer service is great. Noris and her daughter are very complacent and everyone that works here is very pleasant. They really care about their customer service and I think that that’s one of The most important things about a hair salon. I feel very at home whenever I come here.

This is what i call a hair salon at its finest! I did my hair here earlier this year, and I loved it. Will come back in a few weeks for a correction. She’s the only person I trust with my hair. I recently got a haircut there, UH-MAZING. I loved how my hair was so soft that day and my hair stayed the same the whole weekend. I also got my nails and toes done there, i love them how she did them and at a fair price! really recommend this place.
