This salon accepted my friend and I as walk ins. We both had pedicures. My nail tech was nice but didn’t do all of the steps of a traditional pedicure. It felt like she was in a hurry. My friend’s nail tech was much more thorough. I had to ask for my nails to be cut (which is fine) but the tech tried to paint them without filing them. They had obvious sharp edges from being trimmed. I asked her to file them and it seemed like it upset her so I kept quiet the rest of the time. She didn’t use a callus remover or pumice stone on my heels and didn’t use a buffing block on my nails either. I had gotten a higher pedicure package (not the base) so I expected more attention to detail. In my experience I shouldn’t have to ask for each step to be completed. The pedicure looked fine at the end of the day but I did not feel like I got my money’s worth when my friend had a great pedicure. I think if I had a different tech I would have been much happier with my service.

PRAISE THE LORD!!! I finally, after two years of trial and error since moving to Lakeway, found my hidden gem! Where do I begin! First and foremost the staff is so warm and friendly, I can’t say that about any of the other nail salons I have been to in this area. I called to set a second appointment and they answered the phone, greeting me by my first name. Even better, their prices seem to be a fraction of the cost of the other salons. Ask for Holly or Hannah! AMAZING SERVICE! 5 star WELL DESERVED!

Couldn’t be more disappointed. Got a SNS manicure and gel pedicure on Sunday and by Tuesday 2 of my manicure nails are completely broken/chipped. The service was nice but i cannot see myself returning after this. SNS should last at least 2 weeks and now I’m on a trip out of the country with 2 broken nails. Manicure, Pedicure

This place is amazing. I walked in and they did my manicure right away. The staff is really nice, they made me feel very welcomed. They also do a neck and back massage that was really relaxing. Over the last 2 months, I’ve had a number of events that required the polishing of my usually neglected nails. Organic Day Spa is the third nail salon I’ve visited, and I’ll never leave. The staff was very attentive. This is THE BEST manicure I’ve ever had-the attention to detail Nina gave me was so impressive. The neck massage was an unexpected treat and WONDERFUL. And I could tell that many of the customers in the salon were regulars. The entire staff was attentive and kind. I’m SO glad I found this gem!

We showed up at the agreed time and found the owner decided to take the day off. There was only one employee working and she did not do facials. I spoke to the owner on the phone. We had an absolutely terrible experience here. I made a reservation a week prior to Christmas to treat my daughters to facials and manicures. We showed up at the agreed time and found the owner decided to take the day off. There was only one employee working and she did not do facials. I spoke to the owner on the phone.
