I had a wonderful experience at Organic Beauty Bar. I recently moved to LA and needed to find a new stylist. Eva did an amazing job with my long, thick, wavy hair that had become so dry and thinned out. My hair now looks and feels so much healthier. I also love that the salon uses organic products!

I’m so happy I found this place! My hair was pretty fried when I came here for the first time. I was in desperate need of some professional help. Maggie and Jordan talked me through a long term plan on how to get my hair healthy again and gave me some beautiful organic color. They put a really rich protein conditioning treatment in my hair and I could definitely feel the difference in my hair texture when I washed it out the next morning. The prices were fair and the atmosphere was lovely. All around just a really nice experience and I will definitely go back!

This place is the absolute best! Maggie is phenomenal and has been cutting and coloring my hair for over ten years. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. Whatever you’re wanting to do with your hair will be in safe hands with Maggie and Jordan while also keeping it healthy! Being new to the area, I was overwhelmed by the choices that exist in the LA area. There are SO many places to get a haircut here. I had no idea how to choose. A quick google search using the terms “organic hair Santa Monica” brought me to this place and I am so glad it did! I wanted to take the time to write a review since these reviews were so helpful for me. Maggie was awesome! It was obvious that she really enjoys what she does. I can’t remember anyone in the past actually looking happy, even excited, to cut my hair. Maggie listened very thoughtfully to my concerns and really examined my hair before cutting it. I talked to her about what I like and how I tend to wear my hair and she gave me exactly what I didn’t even know I wanted! 🙂 Even though it was late, I never felt rushed. And thank you to Brogen (not sure about spelling) for the super relaxing scalp massage! I am so happy to have found this place! I definitely recommend it!

I searched for hair salons that only used natural and organic products and Organic Beauty Bar is the only one in Santa Monica area. Great atmosphere and everyone was friendly. They analyze your hair and scalp and cater treatments specific to your hair needs before they cut and style your hair. I’ve used their shampoo products which are also organic. The hair treatments smell great. Overall an awesome experience.
