Critical: Quality, ValueDo not go to this nail salon!! I needed a pedicure so I would be looking fresh for my trip to California and I got chipped/cheap looking nails instead. I paid $35 total which I expected, but what I did not expect was having all of the polish chip off 2 days later! Not even exaggerating. Also, my water was cold and the nail tech doing my nails was the owner I think and she kept going back and forth doing my feet and another lady that was sitting next to me. It was bizarreTo add to this, my sisters manicure looked really good but a full set with gel polish was posted on the board as $48 and when we went up to pay she was told it was an additional $10 because of the long length…I’m sorry but I have never been to a salon where they charge you extra for length, maybe for shape. Which she got square shape and they weren’t even long length. She told the nail tech short-medium. Do not go to this nail salon!! I needed a pedicure so I would be looking fresh for my trip to California and I got chipped/cheap looking nails instead. it was a horrible experience. she charged me $55 just for acrylic nails, and my friend got hers done for 35 at a different salon. when my friend asked to get her nails soaked off the lady said “i don’t have time”, even though me and my friend were the only people in the whole salon. they don’t have a sign or anything that tells you how much it costs for some reason. so before she started my nails i asked how much will this cost? she didn’t reply until she had started on my nails, but once she started she said, $55. For 55 dollars I thought that my nails were going to come out spectacular but they came out not so great. they were rough around the edges and the powder was on parts of my skin. She wasn’t nice to me or my friend would not recommend.

Would not recommend. A friend and I weren’t for acrylics and were told it would be about a 15 minute wait and 40 minutes for each set. We were there for longer than 4 hours and didn’t leave until 11pm… was not happy with my nails at all and just wanted to leave by that point.

Veronica did my nails. $40 for a full set. My fingers were covered in glue afterwards and also my nails weren’t entirely smooth; you can still feel the slight grainyness from the acrylic powder. But they were symmetrical and she was very sweet.

Orem Nails was splendiferously fantabulous! I went there today with my mother and we both got pedicures at the University mall location. It was grand and the employees were very kind and good to us. It was great and we greatly enjoyed getting pedicures there.
