My first time here, Natalie did an amazing job on my gel manicure! I needed to repair a split in my nails and she took her time making sure she fixed it correctly and even went out of her way to make sure my natural nails stay healthy while removing my previous gel polish! First time I went here Jenny did my nails & did a great job so my next appt. I requested her but when I arrived I was told she had to leave for the day & instead of notifying me to choose if I’d want to reschedule when I get there I wait 25 minutes to be seen & then 2 nails broke which never happens. I decided stupidly to give them more chances but each time my nails broke. Last time was the last straw. I paid $90 for a “new set” which was just filing down my nails & putting pink acrylic on top which was supposed to be better but this has been the worst yet. 5 of my nails are broken & split. All the ladies are very nice but I will not be returning back here. Wish it allowed me to post pics.

Once again. I’m totally disappointed this place. Some the ladys don’t know what are doing in there.First they burned my upper lip 4 times and I told the owner only once. They messed up few times my eye brows. Today I went get my nails done, pedicure and waxing with Lilly. She can’t finish the job, because she had somebody else, so they put me with someone else to finish my nails. Which I wasn’t happy to hear that! And then Lilly messed up my eye brows. Her answer was ( Oh well just put some pencil to fixed). Are you funckin killing me???!!. So you messed up and instead try to to fixed and I apologize. You told me, I should shut up and put some color and my eye brows , because you messed up!!! What answer is that???? I never a coming back this place again. They got too many chances. The only person was great and I never had no complaints is Jennie. She does a wonderful job. Few other girls also do a decent job.

Amazing! I went there today for a bikini and leg wax and they are so great with their attention to detail, caring staff and incredible pricing. I really was expecting to pay much more for the services especially with how wonderful Tiffany was. She really took her time making sure to do a good job but also showed concerned for me as I have very sensitive skin so when I started showing signs of irritation she stopped, informed me, and adjusted. They were also packed when I went in and came out which just goes to show how excellent of a business they are. I will absolutely be back!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was rushed to pick a color and when I wanted to go double check she yelled at me to sit down, my nails were unevenly shaped and when I asked to please fix by filing the manicurist was rude, there was polish all over my cuticles and she was rude when I asked her to clean them up. She didn’t clean under my nails at all or even have me wash my hands. I was rushed to pick a color and when I wanted to go double check she yelled at me to sit down, my nails were unevenly shaped and when I asked to please fix by filing the manicurist was rude, there was polish all over my cuticles and she was rude when I asked her to clean them up. I never leave disappointed and if there is something I dont like they make you comfortable enough to bring it to their attention. Most other places blame it on you! Worst place ever! Extremely rude! Nails look horrible. I asked for American the did french and not even fully covered the tips. Then wouldn’t give me a refund unless “they ripped all the nails off” yea ok rip my nails off! Place is a joke. I don’t even think some of them are licensed! I will be calling thr board of cosmetology!
