I loved my experience here! I took my daughter for a gel manicure to get ready for Halloween. They created the ombré look she wanted and really delivered! I had a baby pink powder dipped set. BEWARE Lily charged me an extra $10.00 to remove polish because they were done at an other salon she says it was hard to remove where all she did was make me put my hands in an plasticbag with nail polish remover and rub it off myself while she was doin a guy. She also did NOT give me a hand massage or put lotion on me she has done 2 clients while i was there soaking and she gave both of them lotion and a massage. When I paid her she did NOT give me back any change she just kept the tip herself and said thank you glad it was NOT a huge tip. I wil l NOT be going there anymore.

Got gel x nails and they came off the same week.. didn’t even last 2 weeks not even 1 week. Very dissatisfied because i paid a lot and for them to fall off is not worth it… never going back there now because i wanted acrylic and maybe she was overbusy that day or being lazy because she upsold me on something that wasn’t fit for me, i got my nails done for vegas and now i don’t have nails. Very disappointed because my bill was so high they should have lasted.. Although she said she would glue them back in if they fell off I don’t have time to go over and over. Especially when you pay once expecting them to be durable in my case is a let down.

Went in for a manicure on my lunch. The guy told me 10 minutes wait. I waited about 35 minutes and I left. They should be upfront and honest with wait time. There were hardly any techs in the shop working.
