Highly unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone. I called at the store and she said they are open till 7 pm, I went at 6:45 and she said she closed early. The other time when I took my mom there, the lady stop doing the service in middle and picked her phone up and started chanting to someone about the dinner party they had to go to. Guys, this is very unprofessional, DISAPPOINTED

Very awkward experience. The lady cutting my hair didnt know english too well, so I showed her a picture of what I wanted. After she gave me a simple trim (which is not what I wanted) she told me I didnt give her proper instructions and was annoyed. Lol. But she did give me a decent hair cut with in 10 mins for $10. It was impressive..

I visited Orchid Salon for eyebrow threading. The staff member I had did a good job and I was pleased with my experience except that they so not have the proper chairs for performing such services and the next day I had quite a sore neck and small bruise on the base of my head where I’d been resting my head on the top of the chair. Also, I had to scoot way down in the chair and at 9 months pregnant it was very uncomfortable.
