I made an appointment(which I love) and was able to get in today. The owner talked me into dip manicure and she did an excellent job. This will stay on with no chipping.so professional!! She was attentive to every detail.My pedicure reminded me of the good pedicures we used to get 10 years ago. She took her time, was gentle and her strong massage skills felt like heaven. I will definitely be back. Maybe tomorrow.

On September 29th 2022 my friend and I went to get our nails done at Orchard Nails and Spa in University Place. We arrived at 1pm and we did not get started until about 1:45. I wanted a full set and a basic pedicure with gel. My friend wanted a basic Manni and pedi with gel. They took 3 hours hours to complete my friend’s nails. Her nails were streaky. However, after 3 hours they were not done with mine. When it came time to pay my friend’s manni and pedi was $88. My full set alone was $160. I wanted long stiletto nails with Chrome. I came back the following day so they could finish putting on the chrome. This took an hour. When asked about the price, I explained to them that I did not see any prices posted on the walls or on the Internet for their shop. They assured me that was the price and that the owner does not like prices to be up. They also told me that people get upset when they tell them the price of add ons. Then I insisted that’s why it’s important to have prices up. They were very nice about it but I still wouldn’t have paid that price $160 for what I wanted. All in all, if you go to Orchid Nails and Spa please be sure you have about 2 to 3 hours to spare and ask for the price before hand. Thank you.

I just moved to University Place and I researched SO much before deciding to try this nail salon, and I’m so glad I did! I had Ann, and she was absolutely lovely! She did an amazing job. I’m not necessarily blaming the entire establishment since I’ve only been once, but the lady who did my pedicure ended up cutting into my skin. Nice staff but not punctual at all. I had an appointment at 1:45pm did not get seen until 2:15pm as I was waiting I noticed I was not the only client who’s appointment was not on time. Definitely over booked for the amount of staff and time it takes to complete the nail services offered.
