3 hours after my nails were done 1 nail cracked and 1 nail was separating from the dip – that’s unacceptable for a service that usually lasts on my nails for 3+ weeks. I went in the next day to give them an opportunity to fix it – instead of taking it off they glued my nail to the dip and on the crack filed it and put a clear coat on top, so I can still see the crack and I imagine it’s only a matter of time before the top layer cracks too. Unlikely that I will be back – too much money for a poor service.

I suggested to my teen daughter that she have her nails done here because I previously had a great experience. She had her nails done here on Friday – 3 days ago. On SATURDAY, a tip popped off, not even 24 hours. The paint job is horrible and the shape of the nails is far too wide for the “natural” look she requested. We had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I was embarrassed that I suggested this place. She was so excited but her experience here left us both very disappointed. What a waste of money. Also, the acrylic they use here causes our nails to burn, I’ve never had that happen before.

Today was my 2nd time visiting Orchid Nails & Spa. I was just as happy with my first visit as I was this visit. Today I had a pedicure and was very pleased. The foot/leg massage was awesome. The place I had been going to seemed to skip steps in order to rush you out the door but not here. This will be my new forever nail salon.

It’s always great. They listen to what you want. And most of all it is a fun place to go to. Once you have been there a few times, they know who you are and they welcome you back as a friend. It’s a comfortable place to visit.

I’ve never felt so rushed in my life, the pedicure water was cold we had to ask for hot water to be added, we left saying we have to go home and redo our feet. Lots of skipped steps. We won’t be back. Pedicure

I’m a regular and 9 times out of 10 will have an appointment. The last 3 times I’ve gone with an appointment, I had to wait 20-30 minutes because they were busy. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait for that long? No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing – when you ask for an ETA it’s always 5-10 minutes and then just keeps getting extended. This place used to be so great, it’s just going downhill.

Worst nail salon in the hales corners area. They’ll say yes to any appointment or walk in knowing they’re busy. Twice now i’ve sat and waited for 15+ minutes for my appointment i made 3 hours earlier with no end in sight. Unlike all other professional nail salons in the area that will state their busy and aren’t accepting appointments for the afternoon, Orchid Nail Salon would rather have you sit there twiddling your thumbs 20 minutes after your scheduled time. So unprofessional I walked out on my last “appointment” after waiting 20 mins with no end in sight. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
