I literally cried for half an hour after leaving this salon. The picture with the brown background is before I shaped them myself for 45 minutes after I got home, and TRIED to fix them. The black background picture is after. There were already 2 people getting their nails done when i sat down with my friend, and i was in and out before anyone else was done, even the people before me. I sat for another 30 minutes after and waited for my friend to finish. The nail specialist used my pinky nail (first one) as a length reference, and I said it was beautiful. The rest of my nails after that came out messed up. Forefinger nail lean to the left, middle finger has a really weird shape. Pinky nails were as long as my other nails. And on top of it they were supposed to be round yet came out somewhere in between almond and oval. I don’t treat myself very often, so why should I have to pay 80 dollars, and have to tell a specialist how to provide a service? No one asked me how I liked my nails after the shaping, or painting, or at payment. She went to do someone else’s nails and left my hands to dry, and I sat there for a few minutes before I went to wash my hands because I assumed they were finished with me? And as I walked by a different lady asked if I wanted oil on my hands. It was entirely an uncomfortable service and turned me off from nail salons in general. And now I get to feel self-conscious about something that usually makes me feel pretty.

Zing is absolutely amazing! I have been a regular customer of hers for a while now and always refer anyone who compliments my nails to her. At first I was self conscious as a man going in to ask for manicure and color but they made me feel right at home! Now I go regularly for a manicure and pedicure and always enjoy it.

Ok, so I’ve never posted a review on any web site before, good or bad. But my experience here today was absolutely AWFUL! My appointment was at 1130 and they weren’t ready when I got here. So I decided to get a pedicure while I waited. In the meanwhile, my nails are soaking in acetone for 2 HOURS and they still weren’t ready. No body said hey sorry about the wait, would you like some water NOTHING. No body even spoke to me. I finally went to the desk and told them to get this acetone off my fingers now so that I can leave. Mind you, I’ve spent hundreds and hundred’s of dollars at this place in the past 6 months and they still treat me like this?? That just goes to show how much they value their customers. I will never be back here. Oh, here’s a photo of what im leaving with after 2 hours of waiting

So I only went here because it had good reviews and I will never come back. I am writing this to give light to people who actually look at reviews. The people were insanely nice but my nails look horrible. The color I got wasn’t what I picked, they were all crooked and they put so much acrylic on. Now I can deal with the color and the extra acrylic but they literally started falling off after a week. I am not super hard on my hands either. I’m very frustrated with this because from the reviews, people say the acrylics last forever. So if you want acrylics, just be cautious because they will not last.

Edit: They reached out and apologized, which I didn’t expect and wanted to make things right, so I came back from vacation yesterday and they scheduled me an appointment for today at 3pm. So I came in today and a different lady did them this time, Tracy, and she did a GREAT job, she was super focused and she was very sweet ❤️ Maybe the lady that did them last time was having an off day, because even the others doing nails were doing a great job on everyone that was sitting in the chairs that I could see (gave me ideas for next time lol ). This was also a very good time to come on a Saturday, it seemed like the rush had died down a lot. I was seated at a station as soon as I came in. All in all I would definitely come back here again, I love my nails, and their customer service is amazing!!
