I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past 3 years & I’ve never been disappointed. The employees are very knowledgeable & friendly. They are quick but always do a great job which I personally love because I like to be in & out quickly. I refuse to go anywhere else for my nails because this is the only place where my nails actually last over 3 weeks!!! Anywhere else they break within days. They also recently started a reward system which is awesome!

I have been going to orchid nails for over 5 years. I recently lived to williamsville and decided to drive out to them. All the regular workers are gone, they have jacked up the prices and so a lackluster job. I got my nails done 3 days ago, I got tips with dip powder. They have never left them this thick before. When I complains the guy said they would break if he did them any thinner which is not true because they have always done them very thin. They also do not get the dip anywhere near the cuticle. I already look like I need to get them done again. They also raised their prices. $55 for this??! And I’ll have to have them done in another week. I also asked how much to just clip my toenails….$15????? They used to clip, shape and paint them for $10.

My first time getting a pedi at Orchard Nails & Spa. I Chose classic and sign their said $30.00. I picked gel polish cause it lasts longer then regular polish. I guess gel is more money cause the bill was $52.00 with tax. They dont use ultra violet light to dry the nails because of potentially getting cancer from that. Instead they use led lights. Overall, the location was clean, the tech did a great job and i am pleased with the color i chose. #438 Island something. They had a lot of colors to choose from. I woukd go back because there close to my house and did a great job.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 2:30pm. We arrived about 15 minutes early but weren’t even looked at until well after 3pm. My daughter wanted a pedicure but they insisted that they do not offer children’s services and offered to only polish her feet. Meanwhile, my daughter is watching a 7 year old who walked in after she did, sit and get a full on pedicure. I figured I’d paint them myself, so she felt included. The water in the foot spa was very hot even after asking them to cool it down a bit. My nails are cut crooked and I have a burn blister from the paraffin wax. Happy mother’s day to meeee. Came here because I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere last minute. Walked in for a pedicure and gel manicure and they took me right away. They were so nice and friendly. The girl who actually did my nails kept checking to make sure everything was good. I asked her if I could change something after she had already started and I thought she would get annoyed but she was so kind and made sure I loved everything. I was so happy with my experience and will definitely be back!

This is my go-to nail spot. All the employees are incredibly nice, they always make sure I leave loving my nails. I don’t feel awkward and out of place here like I have in other nail salons. The gel nails I have done usually last for almost 3-4 weeks!! If you want consistency, lasting work and a great environment Orchid Nails is the place to go!
