Critical: Quality, ValueI really wanted to love this place as it’s convenient to where I live. That being said the quality is very poor. I’ve been getting my nails done with dip powder for several years. I’ve never had the problems that I have here, the powder chips off in less than a week, breaking my nails in the process which they then charge to fix. Additionally, they never size or shape the nails evenly. I’ve been 3 times, with 3 different nail technicians and consistently haven’t been happy. While conveniently located it’s a waste of my time so I will spend a little extra time and go elsewhere. I really wanted to love this place as it’s convenient to where I live. That being said the quality is very poor. I’ve been getting my nails done with dip powder for several years. I’ve never had the problems that I have here, the powder chips off in less than a week, breaking my nails in the process which they then charge to fix. When I got there, the lash lady wasn’t there and I had to wait 20 mins. No biggie. While doing my lashes I didn’t like the fact that she didn’t have gloves on. I saw her walk in but I did not see her washing her hands. Then I wanted a manicure, and she seemed like she didn’t have any patience. She kept getting up to do other things and help other people that just walked in and ultimately rushed our service. I saw how they make appointments and it’s not scheduled or written down, they say yes even if they are packed, so don’t waste your time. Seems like first come first serve.
