First time there.. I asked for tips.. Girl put tips on asked about length.. Told her i didnt want them real long but longer that my natural nails were. She cut them down asked me about length again. Told her it was good. She kept filing and grinding. My new nails are same length as my own where. Then she puts polish on.. My granddaughter could have done a better job and she is 10. Had polish smeared on my fingers. Polish didnt cover my nail all the way and she cut me twice.The owner looked at them talked to older lady said she would fix and she didnt do much better. Wont be back.

I used to really like this place but I will not be returning. My mom and I both had appointments for pedicures. We couldn’t even relax or talk because the nail techs were talking very loudly to each other. It felt very rushed and not done right. I got french tip and it turned out terrible. We asked for them to fix it with just a regular polish and they still are painted very poorly. I could have painted them better myself. I am very disappointed and it was not worth the money.

I have been here before for a pedicure, but not my nails. I should have known when I showed the lady four different styles I wanted and she could only do one! My pink and white french manicure is horrible! My two hands are different shades (very different) of pink, my nails are different lengths and shapes!.. and very very messy! My pedicure is good, but I will never go back again bc I don’t trust their ability/honesty of their ability. So disappointed.
