I love this place… Under new management since August 2017; which is when I actually started going there. John, his wife, and sister are the bomb.. They are friendly, always welcoming and not to mention they will make you laugh. They love interacting with their customers. All around great environment.. The quality and durability of their nails and service are awesome. So good I drive 30 miles one way just to go to their shop. Keep it up you guys!!

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN. I have been to orchid nails 3 times. The first two times I asked for almond nails and they gave me oval nails. The third time was recently. They only coated it once and didn’t even put on the clear polish. The same for my grandma when she went. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Just go to Exquisite Images in Mt. Vernon. At Exquisite Images you have one person who works on your nails, not multiple people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING

Sat there for an hour with my feet in water, finally got the pedicure and my feet are still rough! Was there for a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes to get a pedicure. Will not be going back.
