My fiancé checked out this nail shop where as a Walk in customer it was a quick and convenient acrylic full set service. When she walked in she was asked to wait for a few minutes while looking for her color choice. The nail tech Beth was nice quick and did an amazing job. It’s located in a good spot close by a Publix which never hurts .My fiancé was happy and I was happy for her. She would probably return.

First time, l happened to be in the plaza for a doctor appointment so I made an appointment for later that day. Price was fair, gentleman who did my mani pedi was pretty fast but did a very good job. Polite personality, which is important to me. I won’t go back if someone is not sweet, so…. I definitely WILL go back! Place looks clean.

Customer service is on point. I went there for one thing… just to do my nails (fingers only). The service was so good that I ended up doing a list of other things instead and I did not mind one bit. I must admit that it is refreshing to have that kind of experience. I will definitely be back.

Vicky and Brian are amazing! My nails last so long when they do them. They don’t rush and make sure everything is perfect. The salon is clean and well maintained. I’ve been going to these two techs for years and wouldn’t dream of seeing anyone else.

This was the absolute WORST manicure I have ever received in my life!!!! And I wish I was exaggerating. I was visiting from out of town and did not know this place. My sister and I decided to go there out of convenience. I planned to get a pedi and a gel mani but decided to get gel tips, then was talked into getting ombre nails by the young male technician who did my nails. I made it clear that we were strapped for time and asked if the ombre would take longer. He said it took the same amount of time. Not true! It ended up taking an additional 30 to 40 mins, which was due to the fact that he didn’t know what the hell he was doing. And it made us late. I wouldn’t even have mind as much if he had done a good job. OMG my nails were HORRIBLE!!!!!! They were supposed to be white on the bottom and blend into a pink on top for the ombre look. He filed down the white so much that it was all choppy and transparent. He said he was doing them in the coffin shape but they were crooked and slanted. The process used to create the ombre was the powder gel. It was thick, bumpy and uneven. All around the edges of my nails were jagged and nasty looking. There was gel stuck under every nail, the corners of my nails were stuck to my fingers. I showed it to him and he kept using the electric file but it did nothing. Then he proceeded to tell me that the glue that was stuck on the sides would wash away when I wet my hands. Nope, not so? It was awful! The messiest, amateurish job I have ever seen. My 6 year old niece could have done better. It was so bad in fact that when he was done I told him to just paint over it with the regular gel polish. I don’t know about the other workers in this place and I don’t remember the nail technician’s name, but this guy should be avoided like the plague. He had no idea what he was doing using the powder gel. ALL my nails are bumpier than potholes on a country road. They certainly weren’t filed down to be even. The corners were lumpy and the gel nail polish was applied unevenly. Every single thing about this manicure was wrong! And the pedicure was so so. AWFUL!!! I left the salon, went to a beauty supply store and bought a hard nail file and reshaped them myself. I plan to go to another nail salon at home and have them clean up the mess he made. It was a waste of time and money down the drain!

If i could post zero stars i would. First of all i don’t remember many names besides the “new guy” which is who did my nails and they lifted after 4 days Every single nail! Then they had me sit and wait from 11 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. in hopes that someone would fix my nails , in fact NO ONE CAME.. they said we can call the guy who did your nails (they just hired him terrible job) I’m not sure if he has his certificate i will be looking into it and if he doesn’t taking appropriate action. I asked for a refund to go else where first woman tells me the owner is off today second woman says owner is on vacation i find this hard to be true especially since they kept calling someone speaking in Chinese … none the less No resolution they don’t care about their customers . As i was sitting in my chair for hours a few people walked in complaining that they had infections be cautious !

Let’s start off with, I walked in with 2 workers and only one customer. Coming in for a pedi and full set took me in and started. Then half way into pedi and foils on fingers they switch my person bcz she has an appt. Then 2 more walk inside come in and now I’m being told there’s appts and workers called in so they are short staff. Long story short I was was RUSHED thru the pedi and told if I wanted to make appt for next day.
