My nails are absolutely beautiful! Jen is amazing and I recommend her!! Anytime I come I enjoy the conversation and how respectful everyone is. I will warn you, if you do not go early, or have an appointment you will probably have to wait. It’s worth it though.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityNot only did I just completely hate how my nails turned out, but the owner who did my nails was incredibly rude to me throughout the entire process. I was rushed when it comes to my questions about the colors of the dip and it seemed like he wanted me out of there the minute I sat down. I already get extremely anxious at the nail salon and this didn’t help. When doing my nails he would shake my hands and even slapped my hand to relax at one point, multiple times my hands were thrown against the plexi glass barrier and I finally said “ow” and he apologized. Not only did I just completely hate how my nails turned out, but the owner who did my nails was incredibly rude to me throughout the entire process. I was rushed when it comes to my questions about the colors of the dip and it seemed like he wanted me out of there the minute I sat down. I already get extremely anxious at the nail salon and this didn’t help. I love Orchid Nail – the service is always excellent, and my feet look so much better after they work on them. Try the Orchid pedicure. It is truly luxurious and makes your feet so soft. I get shellac, which usually lasts for several weeks. It is well worth the money.

I went here because of the reviews and a friend recommended the place. worst experience ever. the guy(didn’t catch his name) had his phone on the whole time listening to music. only talked to me when he needed to about my nails. the way he removed my previous set was skin crawling. he used nail clipped to lift it enough to put a tip to slide under my nails and peel them off of me. he ruined all of my naturally nail that i had been growing out. most of them split right down the middle. he seemed to be in a rush. i am not happy with how they look with the design and my nails are in pain because of how he removed my last set. i want a refund. i paid $70 and i’m not happy.
