We called and asked if they had availability for two gel manicures. They said yes so we came in and had to wait 45 minutes before being seen. We each finally had our gel nail polish removed and we told her we no longer had time for the manicure. She charged us $42 just to get the polish removed. Very rude and unprofessional

Oh my gosh..my first time to this establishment. I will differently go back. Very professional staff that do a fantastic job. The chairs and leg rubs feel so good. I wanted to stay there all day. The polish looked beautiful, many layers and a top coat. Prices reasonable. Also, walk ins welcomed.

This salon is great! They were able to take me as a walk-in when my go-to salon was closed and I had tried three other salons before going to Orchid. Not only did they take me as a walk in, but they also thanked me multiple times for coming in even though they had a busy day. I did wait a bit to have the services performed, but I didn’t mind since I was a walk-in. My dip powder lasted approximately 2 weeks. I had the basic pedicure done and it was done well. I would definitely recommend this salon to a friend!

My nails were breaking every time I got dip nails at a certain salon in Dublin they would chip in a few days but coming to the salon has changed my life and I’m much happier. It’s been almost 3 weeks nails have not chipped and I have a six month old. The owner is so caring so passionate and goes above and beyond to making sure you get the best quality nails service. With Covid I love how the owner keeps the salon very clean and takes all the precautions as my six month old comes with me at each appointment.As a healthcare worker I would definitely recommend this place 100% percent!This place is perfect! I have always had wonderful service here, and my nails always look great. Staff is friendly and efficient. The salon is bright, modern and most importantly, clean. I have been to a lot of other nail places, and have had major problems. I have never had a problem at Orchid, and have been a repeat customer for the last two years.

I went to get my acrylic nails balaned and it was my first time. I went to J & F the first two times and I was not happy with the second time so I went to orchid. I got them balanced and they guy said he noticed lifting so he fixed it and they looked great. But, the day after getting my nails done all my acrylic nails fell off!!! Just the day after!!! I called and told they about the situation and they just said I’m sorry!! No refund or anything! Will not be going back!!!!!!!

I love love love this place. The service is always amazing. They give excellent manicures and pedicures and actually care about the quality of their work. They offer you pop or water too regardless if you’re waiting or not. I made the mistake of going somewhere else since they were busy but never again. This place can’t be beat!
