This place is a ✨GEM✨ the owner, Natalie is the GOAT! Her team is very qualified and very thorough. I live in the east end & have been to so many places around the city, but nothing compares to here— so the drive is so WORTH IT. Fair pricing and excellent communication. If you’re looking for just a basic mani pedi you can probably just walk-in, as for a full set of acrylics with nail art, make an appointment and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This nail spa “use to be” a very nice place to frequent. I loved the technician “Lina”. I moved from the area and was a bit to far to travel so I had to find another location closer to my new home. I happen to be in the neighborhood today and thought i would stop by to get a simple pedicure. I walked in and there were ALL new faces! The only original left is Lina and she happened to be out on vacation. So i settled for this very sweet young lady to do my pedicure Small chat she advised shed only been doing pedicures for two months. Well 1.5 hours later my toes looked horrible, polish bled over my nail bed’s and had streaks.. and it gets better, when going to the register to pay for my pedicure I was advised for gel its 50.00! I didn’t complain, I paid my bill tipped the young lady for effort and decided never, ever would I go there again.

This place used to be better but they hired new people without much experience. My nail polish was thick and clumpy, peeling off within a few days because no top coat, nail edges weren’t painted, and many of the usual pedicure routines (cuticles, trimming) were not done. It felt like I was having a younger family member do my nails. They were all nice and friendly but just not worth paying for something I could have done better on myself (and I’m not good with nails whatsoever).

Normally I have had a good experience here however today was not one of those days. I called on Thursday for an appointment on Saturday. It was confirmed. However, today I arrived was not greeted until after my appointment time. I was told my appointment would not be honored because the nail tech was not feeling well. I asked if anyone else might be available and was also told no because they all were too busy. I drove from Charlottesville VA for this appointment and was not even given a courtesy call to let me know. I am very disappointed in how this was handled and wanted to share a realistic experience.

I have been here three times. The first was to have a full set removed, a new set, and a gel pedicure. The nail tech very aggressively removed my nails cutting through the skin under my nails on three fingers and leaving me with a lot of pain and tenderness. Because of this she didn’t charge me for the removal. Within one week, one acrylic nail lifted almost completely off. I have never had issues with acrylics lifting until 3.5 or 4 weeks until going here. I went back in to have the nail fixed and instead of redoing it the tech used glue and pressed it back on and the whole nail ripped off the next day. My gel pedicure also chipped within a week. I did more research on their Facebook and found a tech with a different name that I liked her work and booked another appointment. Got to my appointment only to find out it was the same lady. I went in for a fill and gel pedicure. This time she did not listen when I told her I wanted my toe nails shorter. She asked if I wanted a spa pedicure. I told her I wanted whatever I had last time and didn’t think I had a spa pedicure and she did the spa pedicure anyway. When I went to pay it was $20 more than the time before even though I supposedly got less done. There weren’t any prices listed and I have called before to ask the price of these services and there was almost a $30 difference in what I was charged. My last visit was less than two weeks ago and I just had one nail rip off and a second about to rip off. While I was in there the last time a different nail tech was talking to a customer about how expensive a local chain that I used to go to was however I paid less there and the quality of work and the experience was far superior. I will never go back here and highly recommend choosing the “higher end” salon just 5 minutes away

I only go once a month but they always greet me and welcome me in. The owner has a passion unlike any other salon I’ve seen and she really pours herself into her work. They are also so friendly and funny to talk with and will accommodate you and make sure you enjoy whatever service you get. I’ve never had such neat and detailed pedicures and manicures. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is the cleanest and most organized nail salon that I have ever been to!!! I had an appointment at 11:45 am and arrived a few minutes early and was seen as soon as I arrived. Upon walking into the salon, I was greeted and asked to wash my hands and sign in. I was happy to see they were asking all of their clients to wash their hands when entering the salon. They also made sure that everyone was socially distant. It was very refreshing to see this nail salon be very aware of Covid-19 and taking the necessary precautions to keep me and the other clients healthy while caring for our nails. My nail tech was Lina and she was amazing! She did a really good job on my nails and she was extremely nice and patient ( I have sensitive cuticles so I can be a little jumpy when they use the electric nail drill), but Lina never got irritated or rude about it even though I’m sure it made her job a little difficult. Lina also took her time but still got my nails done ( acrylic fill in and gel polish) in about 45 minutes which was a plus for me because I was on my lunch break. Also, Lina made sure to clean and sterilize all of her equipment before using them on my nails. Prices were very reasonable.
