Orchid nails never disappoints. I have been going to this nail shop since they first open about 6/7 years ago every 2 to 3 weeks I’m there getting pampered. I love the way they take care of my natural nails and pedicures. The owner Steven is great with his customers and employees. I’ve never had an bad experience here. I’ve recommend plenty of family and friends here. Seems like they are the only place in Baton Rouge, La that does my nails perfect. My nails last a full 3weeks everytime. Thanks so much Steven for doing my Bridal nails for my wedding. I absolutely love them , You are the best !!!!

I went to Orchid Nails for the first time this week and was so impressed with the service and atmosphere! Since it was the week before Christmas, they were a bit busy but I never felt rushed and they did a prompt but thorough job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Steven took great care of my natural nails. He greeted every customer by name and has superb attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

I went with my friend at the beginning of October for a girl’s date. We went on a Sunday and were the first two there, and about an hour or so in a few more people came in. It was not busy and we were well taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised by their transparency that the cost of some of their items lowered, so they also lowered the cost of the service/product. I can’t wait to go back for my fill and see what we do next. 🙂

When we arrived close to closing time, the place was packed. We waited for a good hour before receiving services. There is no price menu posted any where in the place. We were not offered drink or a pricing book to see how much the services cost. After sitting for an hour! They definitely price gouge at this nail salon. It’s $15 extra for gel on an already overpriced pedicure. Then it’s $20 extra for gel on an already overpriced manicure. It’s F*c*ing NAIL POLISH IT COST $5 A BOTTLE! If you have to wait for service, read the reviews before hand! They are making thousands on one bottle of polish! There are better more affordability priced salons who don’t hide thier prices until the last minute. First time there and we WILL NEVER GO BACK! The owners were very friendly but greedy, greedy, greedy!
