Overall, great nail salon! Clean, friendly staffs, and hugs color selection. The massage chairs were an added plus while getting a pedicure. Tommy did a great job with my girlfriends nails! He really took his time to make sure the everything was even and exactly how she wanted it. Will be visiting again!

Very clean. Did not like my manicure the lady used hang nail clippers to cut my nails?! Didn’t think anything of it until they took a while to recover. Also annoying clientele. One woman obviously a regular kept complaining about how hot it was. Is the air on? Why can’t you open the door.??? the WHOLE time! So not really the relaxing experience I was looking for. Pedi was ok.

I checked Google for nail salons & found Orchid Nails had great reviews. The salon is welcoming with white decor, orchid prints & live orchids. The environment is clean & the technicians are seen sanitizing the areas after use. The color samples are beautifully displayed by color groups on color circles which is great for easy selection. Wendy did my pedicure which was very good. She cut my nails down, took care of any rough spots, fixed ingrown issues & her massage nearly put me to sleep. Thank you!

The only place that filed my old dip powder as much as possible before soaking in acetone. I was in and out under an hour. Not to mention, the staff is so fun and funny! Critical: Quality, ValueTommy is a very nice human. Lately, I feel like he’s taken on more than he can chew. My last appointments with Tommy haven’t been so great. He’s 1 talented at doing nails SOME TIMES I’VE BEEN VERY CONTENT other’s not so 2. His lack of painting nails is so uneven. He does put a lot of effort on making the salon very appealing. First time at this place. The establishment was clean & aesthetically nice. The ppl were polite. However, it’s only receiving 2 stars due to Tina (I believe is her name) misleading me with using the foot grater without saying that it’d be an additional $7. She specifically asked me if I wanted her to use the little foot grater tool. That was it. She said she asks because some people don’t like how it feels. I’m like, “oh, well no it doesn’t bother me. Go for it.” & even thanked her for asking thinking she was just being thoughtful. In my experience at any other nail salon, for $55+ SPA PEDICURES, they use that anyway so it didnt occur to me that there would be an additional $7 charge & she sure said nothing about it either. Normally it’s the actual calluse(sp) gel/cream that’s extra which I didn’t agree to. Totally misleading. When she gave me my total, I inquired about the extra & said I didn’t know it was an additional charge & she said “oh, I should’ve told you it was extra.” Admitted it herself. Felt it was appropriate to take it out her tip which is what I did.
