Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThis place does not honor appointments ,I came in and they told me to come back in 45 minutes and we wil take care of you.When i came back they told me that i did not make a phone call to confirm the appointment which she told me she forgot to tell me. Than told me we can not take you with out mentioning another time. Do not recommend I was asked to move to a different room in the middle of my session. After moving to the new room someone kept coming to knock on the door to talk to my masseur. I’m pretty sure she was new a didn’t know the trade. Massage was bad that I had to go somewhere else to not feel guilty for wasting money and time at this place..
