This place is elite- truly a hidden gem. Every time I come in, I never have to wait. The decor is beautiful and everyone is so nice. You are offered a beverage upon coming in. Pedicures are amazing (I got the herbal this time and the amount of time Quincey spent was unmatched- about an hour and a half!) I also got dip on my nails and it is one of the best dips I have ever gotten. It usually lasts too long where I have to have it removed! 10/10 recommend!

To put this out there I am not one to write reviews on a business by any means but I feel like it would be wrong if I didn’t this time. I was referred to this place by a friends mom and I can tell you I was nothing short of impressed. The first time I went in was March 7th. I called beforehand to see what times were good to come in for a full acrylic set and pedicure. The gentleman on the phone said 15 minutes. Perfect! I walked in and was welcomed by the man I had just spoken to and the owner both with a smile on their faces. I was taken over to the pedicure station in which I was offered a drink of my choice from wine, beer, water etc. and he made sure the water for my pedicure was a perfect temperature for me. Then I relaxed the whole time and he took his time to make sure my pedicure had amazing results. It was a simple white tip but the precision took me by surprise. I then was walked over to the nail station where the same man pushed my chair in for me and was extremely friendly throughout the whole interaction. I got both things done in gel at other salons and they usually come out bumpy but these are so smooth and beautiful ! I asked the man his name and I believe he said “One” so if there is a man by that name I recommend him 1000% I waited two days since I got anything done just to see if there was any lifting or peeling of the polish and nothing! It was $120 for my pedicure and acrylic nails with a (kind of difficult to perfect) design all the way across which came out awesome. Not to mention the owner was so kind and tried to make small talk with every client. The inside is gorgeous and I will be back there sooner than later!

I went in for a simple manicure & pedicure , gel in black. My manicure they didn’t even paint the whole nails, edge to edge & the polish is very uneven/wavy. Was my first time here as I’m trying to find a new salon that I don’t feel rushed in (I went at 4pm on Friday with three other customers there). I normally don’t review but I was truly disappointed as I’ve been to a few nail salons & never had my nails looking worse than if I just did them at home myself.

I had come to this salon a few times and had decent experiences so I continued to go as there aren’t many “nice” places in Orchard Park. Service was always rushed, nails were always uneven, the salon is dirty and almost every employee has an attitude, but it’s close to my home and the prices are fair so I didn’t really care. The last time I went however, will unfortunately be my last. I was having a gel manicure done, and the older man that was handling my nails filed them so thin with the electric file to remove previous polish (rather than soaking in acetone) that I was in an incredible amount of pain. I let him know and he laughed it off while calling over a younger guy and they then laughed together. I typically have very thick, strong and healthy nails. I was in pain for the rest of my appointment. It’s been about 6 weeks since this experience and my nails are extremely brittle and thin. They continue to break in half, and my nail beds are extremely sensitive due to the fact that they were filed so thin. I can almost feel my skin underneath my entire nail. I have been getting gel nails done for well over 5 years and have never had my nails deteriorate like this. Since this experience, I have spent a lot of money on nail restoration products to try and get my nails healthy again which so far is not working. Super disappointing.

Jasmine is so kind when she noticed that the originally color I chose was very light. She was patient with me when I picked out a new color and did an awesome job with my dip nails. I had my nails done at usa nails in hamburg about a month ago and it was the worst acrylic set I have ever seen. I went to this place yesterday to get them fixed and Kayla did an absolutely amazing job! I have been getting acrylics for atleast 15 years and I’ve never had such a beautiful set of nails! I will never go to another place again. Everyone was so friendly and it was so clean and nice. It was extremely affordable as well.

The quality has gone down hill. The nails were not the color requested, lumpy, and started falling off after 48hr. By day 5, all but one fell off while on vacation. Complete waste of time & money! Will not be returning and suggest you don’t even bother. Acrylic nails
