My husband, Wayne Balus, saw Dr. Accetta regarding skin cancer and at first he was very aprehensive. The waiting room time was minimal and both the doctor and staff put him at ease. The surgery was performed successfully and the next day he got a call to see how he was doing. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. The office is so friendly, from the front office workers to the nurses, PAs and the doctor himself. I highly recommend Orchard Park Dermatology because it was a positive experience !!

I had been a patient for years but haven’t been in for almost three. I called to see about coming in for some blister/acne like bumps that appeared on my hands and legs. The woman was very condescending and said a half dozen times that they’re a surgical dermatologist. I mentioned my previous years of going here but she cut me off w the surgical practice. She said they are only seeing people w cancerous growth concerns. Im not sure how accurate that is seeing that my wife goes there for Botox injections and some of my last visits were for microbalding a wine stain on my head. Not quite surgery huh. Anyways I’ll just go somewhere w a more pleasant and professional staff. It’s all turn and burn here. Glad I had a reason not to use them.

I’ve always had a positive experience at WNY Derm. Dr. Accetta and his staff are wonderful, from the front office staff to my PA, Emily, and his nursing team. They are friendly, thorough and run timely. Recently had a skin cancer surgery with Dr. and his assistant, Dawn. They keep your mind occupied with conversation and are always conscious of your comfort and well being the entire time. Can’t say enough about Dawn’s warm and caring demeanor! All around great office!
