One of the worst experiences I have had as far as quality service… it is important to note that I am of African decent and was told that people with big round noses are rich and that their kin had a round nose like mine, though not said in a mean tone, was still not very welcoming or kind. The lady who did my manicure was coughing and sniffling but said she’s not sick… and was very rough with me. It’s like no care and attention was taken, just the desire to rush the job for the sake of it being done and I got the mani with massage, but I know she didn’t do it for a complete 15 mins. The pedi lady was sweet, took her time and did an excellent job, but that microagressionary comment was very unwelcomed …especially in an environment where I was the only one who looked like me. The cashier came to get payment before service was complete because she had to leave early and was going to go in my bag to get the payment so she could “help me” and I said you can’t go in my bag, and she was a tad flustered. Very odd place. Wouldn’t recommend.

I really enjoy coming here, they are always friendly. I get hard gel nails, and it’s hard to find someone who can do that. I usually go with Christine. She does a great job shaping nails, never had a problem. She is willing to listen to and fix any problems/imperfections you see. Last time I had to go with Hillary. She nicked the skin around my nails a few times with the grinder, also some of my nails were a bit crooked. When I told her I think my finger hit my other nail, she said ” my job is here ( looking at my nails) and your job is in there ( looking at the uv light)” so it made it feel like she wouldn’t listen to my request to fix something on my nail. However, I think Hillary is a bit better at the design, the lines on her hand drawn snowflake were pretty clean and straight.

The lady’s were very friendly however I just wished they would listen on what the customer wants and not on what they want. Also I feel like they could’ve done better on the nail shape . It hasn’t been 2 weeks and my nail gel polish it’s already coming off .

My all time favorite place to get my nails done. Have been coming here for a few years and have tried out a few techs but I love getting my gel acrylics done by Tom. Best shape! Girls at the front are very nice too! These are two examples of nails I’ve had done. Both by Tom.

Got my nails done a little over 2 weeks ago and I’ve had issues with them ever since i got them. I kept having to get the excess acrylic out from under my nails cause she didnt remove any of it and they are already lifting. My nails have always lasted me longer because I’m pretty easy on them and i work in an office so nothing strenuous to break them and they are chipping at the corners and i have 3 or 4 lifting already. Very disappointed.

Had my nails done twice here, the first time they repaired a terrible job done at another salon. Everyone here is friendly yet professional, they are quick but never sacrifice quality for speed. Best manicure I ever had and the prices are more than reasonable. They suggested I try gel polish and I am so happy I took their advice! My nails are perfect, and stay that way until my next visit. Wonderful place!

My wife walked in to ask if they did a certain service and was told to wait. After waiting 15 minutes to just ask a question, my wife asked again and was answered very rudely by one of the staff. By the looks this place is upscale and now by the sound of it they seem to think that they need an upscale attitude as well. Won’t be coming here at all and as my wife is a hairstylist she won’t be referring anyone here. There’s no excuse to have a bad attitude for no reason. Good luck!!
