Horrible Quality! My dip nails lasted less than a week..on top of that I spent over $115 for dip nails and a gel pedicure. The lady started rushing on my toes as soon as more walk ins came in. It took 2 hours only for my nails to look horrible a week later! No working air…and workers are not skilled. Do not come here!! Pedicure, Gel manicures

Terrible service! My pedicure was okay but nails took 4 1/2 hours for horrible quality nails. You could still see my old polish color through the acrylic and lumps In them . Broke two nails the same day and returned the following day. Was told all they could do is fix my broke nails. Don’t waste your money. I came with three other family members. We did facials, wax, pedicure and nails and tipped each person $20. We spent a total of $565 not including tips and they wouldn’t even fix my nails properly. They have definitely lost a great paying customer ! Never again these people are the worst kind of crooks!! Not to mention the entire time they were trying to get more money from us for fund raiser’s and pedicurist had the nerve ask for more of a tip when I was finally done. Completely unacceptable!!

This place is clean. That’s about all I could say. They filed my nails down practically to the mail bed. They were super brittle and cracking. It took 2 months for it to grow out. The pedicure had polish everywhere. I would not recommend.

My manicure was mediocre, maybe because my nails are very short, or maybe because the manicurist work around me, while the woman doing the pedicure is working on my feet. The manicurist works balancing my hands and her posture standing up. Not good way to do something nice.

I am completely appalled with my pedicure after two weeks I got some sort of fungis from this establishment, after paying $75 for my manicure and pedicure. I went in this morning to let them know something was wrong and they tryd to tell me that it was from socks( I only wear sandles at this time) and that I just needed new polish! I then went to a new place and was told they would treat my fungis and give me a new pedicure because orchard had used bad quality gel. because it shouldn’t have turned that color after two weeks.

Service was awful. 3 of us went for mani/pedi’s. We had appointment right when they opened and they didn’t start on the last one of us till 30 mins. later. The gel is already chipping less than a week later. We will not be returning!!!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI took my daughter and I here to get out nails and toes done. The original service provided was great. Nicely done and very friendly. I spent over $250 that day between tips and services and within less then 12 hours one of my nails broke. I went back to the shop 4 times to get it fixed because I have a wedding to attend too and each time they were too busy. So I set up to come back first thing Saturday when they opened and of course when I come none of the 4 Technicians that were there supposedly so not do nails. So I’d have to wait until the original lady decided to come in. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received at a mail salon. I spent over $250 that day between tips and services and within less then 12 hours one of my nails broke. I asked for coffin style pink ombre nails. The ombre was patchy and the acrylic was uneven and the nails weren’t even shaped correctly. I was forced to have to go to a different salon to have them fixed and even they were surprised they didn’t even look like a new set when i left. All it took was one day and i already had two nails pop off from slightly bumping them. Waste of money don’t bother i would give zero stars if i could. Absolutely appalled
