Awful place. They don’t even list prices so very scammy! I’m going to complain to Business bureau as I think this places quotes different prices to different clients and hush hush about it. You can notice that they don’t have a board or list of prices when you enter the place

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in expecting just regular gel for my feet. They instead stated they did UV gel which doesn’t make since because I watched the whole process. They didn’t have enough of the gel polish so she used a regular white polish and used the gel top coat on it. The UV light was used. I end up spending $68.00 for my pedicure which highly upsets me. I NEVER APPROVED UV GEL TO BEGIN WITH. This service was over priced for the service I received. I believed I was over charged for multiple reasons. I did pay for the service on top of tipping. On top of all of this I was hearing the prices she was giving all the other Caucasian women which was between $37.00-$47.00 for their gel pedicures. I end up calling them to pretend I was a customer when they said a gel pedicure is $37.00. This place is the best! I’ve been to a bunch of nail salons in the area and no one has been is as attentive to detail. And, they provide a great spa-like experience with massages, hot stones, exfoliation, and paraffin wax. I won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve tried many nail salons in West Hartford, and hadn’t been loyal to any one. However, Orange Nails is a gem. They do a great job on my routine gel manicure. The staff are lovely: they have a great rapport with each other and with the steady stream of regulars. I look forward to going back someday soon!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Every single tech there is wonderful and kind. I personally love Anne and have been going to her for over a year. She takes her time and makes it an enjoyable experience. Her massages are wonderful and my nails come out looking great every time. I will never go anywhere else!
