I have been coming to this office for several years and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Every Dr. I have seen have seen have been helpful and kind. Most recently I had an appointment with Dr.Hsu and she listened to all my concerns. My skin has seen a big improvement since seeing her and I will recommend this office to family and friends.

I had a medium size mole on my face frozen off. I waited three weeks for it to completely harden and fall off. They only froze the central region of the mole and so a “ring” mole was left. I called to tell them that they did not get all of it and they set up an appointment. I asked there would be charge and they and said yes because it had been more than a week since I’d been in. I told them I waited to see if the whole thing was going to fall off but they did not seem to care about that. Needless to say I did not return.

I do not recommend Dr. Jennifer hsu. She is rude and not experienced enough. Don’t waste your time and money. She talks over you and doesn’t listen to your concerns. She doesn’t know enough to diagnose and help patients. She wants to have you waste time and money trying new creams for acne to see what works. Who has time to keep coming back and spending countless money on creams? I took my son for his acne. First appointment, they had us wait an hour before we saw her. Second appointment she was rude when I told her we wanted to find something that worked and not keep trying multiple creams. She kept talking over me and didn’t let me finish my question or concerns. Extremely disrespectful and rude. Horrible bedside manner. She is inexperienced and I am not going to keep coming back every 4 weeks for her to guess what works.

Doctor offices make me nervous! I asked my friends to recommend a dermatologist that had excellent bedside manner and was okay with a patient that’s interested in holistic treatments whenever possible. Thank goodness someone mentioned, Dr. Sarah Stanowicz.

Dr. Hsu is fantastic! I have suffered with acne for years and seen several dermatologist and my skin would never clear but now after seeing dr.Hsu my skin has never looked so good. Dr.Hsu has put the time and effort to work with me to make the best skin care routine for my skin. She doesn’t take a one size fits all approach and I’m so happy I found her, one of the nicest Dr.s I meet and I could tell she would listen to all my concerns.
