The whole experience was amazing and by far the best experience I have ever had at a dermatologist. The front desk reception was amazing and I met with PA Dawn Barilli who was FANTASTIC. She listens, looks, is attentive and caring. Also was informed about darker complexions (not always the case), Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and did not try to push other procedures on me. I am going to recommend Dawn and Orange Dermatology to anyone in need of assistance! I walked out feeling genuinely heard and knowing that my situation was taken seriously.

Set up an appt for a friend to look at a potentially cancerous or benign growth. I asked what dtr will that be with they Told me I was set up with xyz. Went to look it was a physician assistant. Who sets up a patient with a physical assistant first appt ever. Found it deceiving not to me to mention to me they weren’t a dtr. Cancelled appt and they were suprised I was upset. Suddenly a dtr was avail. Told the woman receptionist wouldn’t go to you if you paid me Nastia she said oh ok and hung up phone quickly. Really not a place to go with that attitude. Customer service skills lost in the shuffle of money.
