I came to this office a few times and didn’t love the experience with the office. Now I regret ever going. While the provider was fine, the office and billing is terrible. Getting through to anyone has been a nightmare. I have been sent bills that I already paid and have the proof to back it up. I even accidentally paid the bill twice! I’ve called a few times to correct it and haven’t received any call back. Guess what just came in the mail today…ANOTHER BILL for the SAME service date. There are too many dermatologists around to deal with this kind of office issue.
