I went in on 1/6/2023, and Mandy was at the front. I explained to her in the nicest way that I was particular about my nails and she said she’d do them. I was okay with that and sat down for my pedicure and she came over and at first I thought she was nice but after I started pointing out the mishaping of some of them and asking her to reshape them she starting getting upset snatching my hand and not responding to me. After she put the gel on I thought she would clean my nails from the extra shellac that rolled to the sides and clean underneath she got so upset. She grabbed my hand and immediately cut me with the nail file so I told her to stop and let me pay because I was so mad. She kept insisting that I let her do her job but she wasn’t doing to began with and was going to let me walk out with my nails looking dusty. It was horrible. I paid and still left a $10 tip for her and the lady who did my toes and btw my bill was $105. I contacted Tony who is the owner and I have heard nothing yet. But be aware this nail shop was perfect the first time I came but this last time was not okay. Don’t go to Mandy she’s rude and disrespectful.

I would NEVER go anywhere else. I went to a place near my house with the highest ratings and hated it. I’m super picky about how my nails are done and they were very very patient with me. I didn’t want typical French nails because I like to be a little different but my husband is vey southern and likes the old school white tips.. they even did two examples on other nails before we started because I had no idea what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. They did an amazing job!!! They truly cared about how I wanted them and listened when I had questions picked out or wanted to change things. They know what they E doing AND they genuinely care which is hard to find at a nail salon. They even picked out my tire color for me to match my nails and were dead on. It’s kind of like a hair salon.. once you find a place you will be very good anywhere else and this is MY place!! Kimberly did my nails I can’t remember who did my pedicure but she took her time and pampered me. I never want to go to the nail salon because I’m not patient but I was so relaxed there it was just a perfect… AND I got a massage too!! I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt I needed to because I loved it so much. I have no idea why there are any bad reviews here… I would tell any of my friends to go here and I don’t like recommending places to people at all. Long story short.. go here, they will listen and help you if you are unsure of what you want best customer service I’ve ever had at a nail salon, period.

The lady who did my pedicure spilled oil on my pants and of course she attempted to tell me it was just water. It never dried because it was an oil stain. Also she was way too rough and I made it known I had an Injured nail. I ended up telling her to just leave the powder on there. Definitely not worth $45 at all. She also did not put a clear coat on my nails but charged me for a manicure.

I did my pedicure, had cocktail, and finished it off with a neck massage.. This is a classy, quality, and friendly place. The service they provide is top notch. She got her nail done by Vee with love of yellow with crystal shining one. She loves it with her gift for birthday. I will return this salon for sure.

We didn’t have a great time here. We came as a treat for a birthday and the staff was very rude and rushed, especially the woman in glasses. She began to yell at us over $5 when we expressed that we were being overcharged. The quality of the nails was also not good. My acrylics began to fall off 6 days after my visit here. I get full sets done regularly and they have always lasted at least 2 weeks. This was most definitely my first and last visit here. Completely agree with the other reviews – These people scam you of your money. Don’t go here.

I have been to this salon over a year and today was the end. Nail service is okay some are better than others. I have had to get my dip fixed multiple times due to cracking and lifting, today I was charged full price after 5 days with multiple chips, not even a discount. The manager refused to provide her name and was rude defensive and unwilling to discuss with loyal customer. This is not how you do business and will not return even though it is a convenient location. Lost a good customer due to poor customer service and just mediocre nails. Do not recommend as I have seen her treat other customers on previous visits this way but did not do anything due to not knowing the situation.

First off, I have frequented Ora Nail Bar for 3+years. The former owners/managers are no longer there and I always loved their work. Sadly, I had a horrendous experience with the new owner. She didn’t follow my request regarding the length of a new set of lashes and did not put them on evenly on both eyes claiming that I didn’t have enough natural lashes to adhere to the inside and outside corners of my left eye. I went home with them and found that they were so long that they would hit my glasses, twist upside down and smudge my glasses. I went back a week later with no lashes at all on the inside and outside corners of my left eye and asked her to please fix my lashes to not only look symmetrical, but be able to wear with my glasses. She attempted to fix them by cutting them with scissors and cut my natural lashes, left soooo much clumped glue that my eyes looked like they had lice. She got glue in my eyes and refused three requests to remove them. I left unhappy and told her I would take them off myself. After this experience, I will NEVER go to Ora Nail Bar again!

I feel bad for the nail technicians here. I walked in and the Manager (the one at the front that’s asks you what you are there for, red and black checkered jacket) was yelling at her employees. Clients were around when this was going on, she was going off at her employees yelling at them and being rude. A lady that came before me she left because of the way she was treating her employees. One of the technicians was trying to distract me from how her boss was treating the others but I just left not gonna give someone my business if your treating your employees like that, now imagine her attitude towards the customers!
