Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe most unprofessional experience I have had. Being new to the area, I wanted to try out a new salon. I called and made an appointment weeks in advance. I then show up to the appointment and the only hair stylist (Victoria) already left for the day without calling me. The receptionist proceeds to call her to see if she could come back and she tells me she is on her way to babysit. I made this appointment because I had a special occasion the next day and was left without getting my hair done.I recommend NOT going here. There are plenty of other salons in the area. I then show up to the appointment and the only hair stylist (Victoria) already left for the day without calling me.
