Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment on the website ahead of time for 6:30. I was sent an email confirming my appointment with a Google Calendar reminder. I showed up at 6:15, to be courteous, and was told, “Sorry, the stylist your appointment was with doesn’t work today! It shouldn’t have let you make an appointment.”I live a 25 minute drive away, and because of CoVid-19 and a busy work schedule since we’ve opened back up, I haven’t had a haircut in 9 weeks. That’s a HUGE deal for me, since I usually get my fade done every TWO weeks. I was excited, I was going to try a new hairstyle, even use this salon I haven’t tried before, and NO. I have to wait.So, because they couldn’t be bothered to call me at 2:30pm when I made the appointment I was unable to find anything else, and because of my work schedule I’m going another 2 WEEKS without a haircut.Don’t allow people to make appointments if you can’t honor them, and if someone DOES somehow make an appointment that you can’t honor, LET THEM KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.I’m so sad right now, and mad.
