I have been here a few times now. And twice I’ve had a nail break. I literally just got them done yesterday and I was opening my car door and my nail broke. I brought my husband here for the first time for a pedicure. He went to pay and I told him to ask for military discount. The three times I’ve been here I got a military discount. Not much. But come on, who wouldn’t ask. My husband was denied that. But I never was. We will never come back. My pedicure was the worst. They are nice people. But I’m lost about why I got a military discount but my active duty husband who’s deployed to Iraq multiple times and is black didn’t get it. Fix yourself America.i won’t be back and I as a military spouse/veteran who lives on base have recommended People to the salons I like. This isn’t one.

Employees lack the knowledge of how to do nails in 2022, outdated by at least 10 years in nail trends & fundamentals & will overcharge if you allow them. Charged me $5 for one coat of paint, told me adding another coat would not look different & wanted to charge me $10 for a different color. I am a nail artist myself & I will never go here again due to how outdated they are & they will use your lack of knowledge to charge you Unnecessarily. DO NOT go here if you value your money & time. Find a home nail tech or a place with more than 2 stars!

The service is horrible!!! I will not return. The outcome of their service is bad and painful. My fingers hurt still after getting a fill-in. They don’t last and they don’t take pride in their work. The prices are ridiculously outrageous for the work performed. I got my nails done yesterday and they look horrible today. Shop needs to be closed down.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I asked for a manicure with gel. The pictures attached were outside of the nail shop (you can see the mall in the background), and in the parking lot immediately after walking to my car, and two of them were when I got home. The more my fingers kept bleeding, and walking outside and seeing how bad they really were, I walked back in and asked for a refund. They told me no. He told me that I could come back to get them fixed once my fingers heal. I told him that I do not want them touching my nails again. He just kept saying no refunds and pointing to the wall. I went to the mall office. I spoke with the manager’s secretary and showed her my fingers. She literally cringed. Per her advice, I am filling out a formal complaint with the mall, and calling my bank to dispute the charge. She also advised me to go to the doctor because of how bad they looked. I even went back in a few days later and asked them to fix them, they told me it would be $15 to fix. It is a huge scam. I wish I had seen these other reviews before going. Now I know why they would have to put this sign up in the first place. The bubbles you see are from when my fingers started to bleed and he put the gel over the dried blood. It is a recurring issue for them based off all the reviews I have read. My fingers were sore for days. I took antibiotics just incase. It is by far the worst service I have ever had in my life. DO NOT CHANCE IT! To say this place is a joke would be an understatement. I am so outraged. I should have never paid. Looking back now I really wish I wouldn’t have. I should have had mall security called on me and they could have seen them.
