let me start by saying I have never posted a bad review in my life and I wasn’t going to because people make mistakes but there is a difference in making a mistake and completely ignoring what someone tells you and RUINING their hair. I went in to get a baylage or however you spell it. my hair was already part blond and to get the desired look should of had a few foils put in and then some dark blended in from my roots. I even told her that if it was going to damage my hair badly where it has already been bleached not to do it. she then covered all of my hair in bleach except maybe an inch from my scalp in some places. I lost HANDFULS of hair due to damage and have blisters on my scalp from the bleach and how hot she let it get under the dryer, she then put a “dark” color on my roots without blending it what so ever then she cut 3-4 inches off my hair and added “layers” that look like they were done blindfolded. So at the end of this experience I have lost more hair than you can imagine shed alot of tears and the color doesnt even resemble what I showed her. I somehow ended up with PINK roots. This was the worst experience I have ever had!
