This was maybe my favorite salon experience to date! From how welcomed both Anixa and Kristina made me from the minute I walked in, to how amazing my hair turned out thanks to Anixa!! She did an amazing job!! She told me what she was going to do and made sure I felt comfortable with it as well. I haven’t felt this good in AWHILE! I was speechless when she turned my chair around . Had a great experience (as always) with Melissa! We took off a lot of length and she cut and styled my hair so that my curls would look great natural or blow dried and styled. Melissa always goes the extra mile to show me how I can replicate the salon look at home and demonstrated how to use my curling iron to style the cut. The salon atmosphere is so welcoming and I am excited to go back

I LOVE Opalescence salon! The salon has such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and is so chicly decorated, it feels so high end. I specifically see Melissa who is phenomenal. She is so knowledgeable and skilled at what she does, whether it’s me wanting to change my color for the 3rd time that year or a huge chop! My hair has never felt more healthy than after seeing Melissa, the products that are used at the salon are amazing. I also love how upfront the billing is with their hourly system, you never have to guess or worry what the bill might be come the end of the appointment. Can’t praise this salon or Melissa enough!

I NEVER do reviews, but this salon hands down deserves a 5 star rating. I’ve been in Jersey for 5 years and it took me this long to finally find a place that not only makes you feel incredibly comfortable, but they genuinely care about your hair needs and set you up for realistic expectations for you hair goals. Anixa was so welcoming and really wanted to make sure I left satisfied with the results, especially after telling her my last salon horror story. I will 100% be coming back here every single time. Oh! And make sure to bring cash for tips! They literally won’t prompt you at the register and trust me, they deserve it!
