Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHad an appointment rescheduled about 3 or 4 times by this place and the last straw was when my daughter showed up really excited to the salon for her appointment thinking that she was going to be finally getting them to do her hair, Only to find that it had been cancelled and neither the stylist emma or the owner or even a desk clerk bothered to call and let us know that the appointment would need to be, yet again, rescheduled. Emma is SO talented when it comes to hair! when cutting or coloring hair she pays attention to the details that other stylists often miss. She has been cutting/coloring my hair for almost 2 years now as has done it all!… Color, bleach, different haircuts… Everything!

I had the pleasure of letting Mrs. Andy do my hair and bless her heart she did an amazing job putting up with me and an outstanding job on my hair!!! I will follow her wherever she goes. The girls in Opal Day Spa are extremely welcoming and know what they are doing! I found the best spa in town, Opal Day Spa! The services were customized to my needs and skin – and although it had been a stressful week, little sleep, lots of flying (I am a flight attendant), I resurfaced from the treatments feeling and looking 10 years younger. I had an express facial, propel and a Bio-Laure mask. The accommodations were amazing and the level of expertise Sarah was outstanding. The spa is relaxing and modern. I also purchased France Laure’s “Nutri-Laure” line of skincare. I am loving it. It hydrates and freshens my tired and dry skin. I would make this a monthly (or weekly) visit if only I lived in Madras. I will definitely return when I visit my grandfather again. Thank you, Sarah, I will be back!
