The owners and their daughters were very friendly and took their time with 4 of us getting pedicures at the same time. They spent a long time massaging our calves and feet which I appreciated. My feet feel so soft & look so pretty. Excellent job painting our nails. We have gotten pedicures at several different places in the area & OP Nails is my favorite now. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment for 1PM. They day before, I went in to introduce myself and view the shop, and I was pleased with what I saw. The next day, I arrived a few minutes earlier following someone else, who had the same appointment undoubtedly. I was told to choose a color and I took a seat, since the only tech present worked on that person. At 1:30….. I was told that she was ready for me. Upon being seated, the tech looked at my nails, and promptly told me, “I can’t do your nails.” She added a comment which I didn’t understand, and I thanked her and left. I was very disappointed ☹️ that I’d wasted my time. I feel that she and a gentleman who remained in the back the entire time cater to a certain type of client. So be aware, and ask more questions than I did‼️

2 months ago I received a mani-pedi from this establishment, my experience was horrible to say the least. The old man was not in a good mood. However, that is no excuse for his rude and tactless behavior.

Probably the best dip I have ever had. I was visiting and had broken a nail. I chose them because they were the closest nail salon to my hotel. I am SO glad I did! It’s been almost THREE WEEKS and my nails still look amazing. If it wasn’t a 7 hour drive, I would be using them as my salon!

I was in the area visiting friends and needed a quick pedicure. I googled nail salons in the area and this place was the first place that popped up. I took an Uber to this establishment, thinking they were open. To my utter disappointment, I walked in and first they asked me what service I needed, I told them a pedicure, and they proceeded to tell me they were closed. Mind you, the hours said from 9am to 7pm. This is at 4:30 in the afternoon. That’s false advertising. I understand it’s their business but if your hours say open, you should be open for service.

I’ve been going here for at least a year and it is by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The mom, dad and the sisters all do an awesome job, although Van is my favorite. I now have all of my friends and quite a few family members going here. Kind of pricey, but well worth it!
