I have tried so many nail places and have never really had much problem with any place before. OP NAILS was by far the WORST nail experience of my life. The design I asked for was so simple, just a line across each nail, and it was uneven, sloppy, and not straight. It was so bad I ask him to just fill in the section to maybe fix it a little. He did a single coat and was also upset I ask him to fill it in so he took about 2 minutes to finish my nails. 75 dollars!!! I wish I could upload a picture of how bad my nails looked. Will never go back.

I will not go anywhere else the moment I walk in Mike asked how can I helped. Service beyond…customer service is great Anna is so pleasant. Every time I go and do my nails I leave happier. I am very fussy about my nails but Mike never fails. Love my designs love his creativity no rush in doing my nails. Always leave here feeling very pleased and happy.

I’ve have been visiting here for years. My now husband, his mom and sister and I all get our eyebrows done here. Most recently, I had my bachelorette party start here and myself, mom, sister, and 2 bridesmaids all got mani pedis done! We had the shop all to ourselves and they even did special nail art on my ring finger. Such a great experience. Anna and her husband are fantastic! Love supporting this fantastic local, family-run business!

I’m not the type to complain about stores, because I work in customer service. I decided to go in and get a pedicure and my nails done for prom and graduation. The prizes were decent, but I regret getting my nails done and waiting for the out come. Totally different from the picture I had in mind. I’m disappointed. Will not come again.
