I love O P Nails (Matthews) I’ve been going getting my lashes and brows done for a while but today I actually got my nails done as well. The total experience was amazing and surprisingly quick from start to finish. I am in love with nails and will be back every 2 weeks.

Had a girls day with my sister and friend. The salon was quiet, but packed. The nail techs all have different quality and all of our nails turned out great. We do have minor imperfections but we arent perfect either. The ladies at Op nails are hilarious, and extremely talented.

I guess bc it’s Monday and they are absolutely empty customer service is not available. I will never come back. I should literally walk out. I came in and requested a pedicure. During the process never was I asked about upgrading to a deluxe pedicure or anything. After the man polished my toes he got up as if to walk away no offer of a design or anything. After inquiring about a design a woman came over to do the design after first trying to convince me not to get it. The woman drops the polish on my foot and spills the polish all over my foot. No apology or excuse me. When she finishes the design she just gets up and walks away. Nobody ever directs me to a dryer of any sort. Even at this very moment I’m typing this review while sitting at the foot basin. I’ve been finished now for 20 mins. And to think I was going to get my nails done. I really wish I could give them no stars. Then when I bring the lack of service to someone’s attention. They didn’t care.

My 3rd time visiting and I always have a blast. The staff is friendly and enjoy conversing with you and making jokes. The owner helped me pick a theme and I rolled with it and even went with gel this time. I’m never ever disappointed.

OP Nails gave me the best service ever. All the techs were extremely nice and friendly, especially the new owner/ manager, even though her English was limited but she tried her best to communicate with the customers. I loved that kind of attitude. Unlike other nail salons who would do a rush serive, OP nails techs really take their time, and gave me such an enjoyable and relaxing one. The salon seemed like having a new setup, and I loved it. Thank you, OP Nails.
