Overall, pretty happy about my experience here. I would probably give it 7-8/10 or 4/5 stars. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment which I greatly appreciated, but the lady made a few backhanded comments to me about getting my nails done (which were chipping) and my eyebrows done (didn’t look on fleek) which I didn’t greatly appreciate as I made it clear I only had time and wanted a pedicure. My appointment also started a bit late. Other than that, she was quick, and my nails turned out well.

My husband and I went here once every 1-3 months and they do such an awesome job with the Pedicures. They pay attention to details and diligently work to your liking. Not like CA, HI, and CO Pedicures. It’s the price and quality of service they provide that makes us both love this nail salon so much! By far our favorite place to get pedicures in VA. No other Pedicures in other states beats this one. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this nail salon, there’s nothing they can’t do. I’ve literally tried more nail salons than I can count. And by far this one is AMAZING. All the nail techs are on point , every single one of them, but my favorite is Phoeob, she’s OUTSTANDING. I just left with another beautiful job. Thanks for all yalls hard work and attention to detail that you guys put into your work ☺️

Very unreliable. Tried to get Pedicure from the end of March. Had a date Of 4/10 and they delayed appointment 1/2 hr. When I showed up they made me wait and I left after 15minutes. I made appointment for 3/18. I went to shop and was told my appointment was canceled.I no longer wanted to do business with them. I had a $25 gift certificate and asked for refund which they refused.This is not a company to do business with.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDO NOT SEND TEEN GIRLS HERE! My teen daughter went to get her nails filled tonight and felt incredibly uncomfortable. She was pushed repeatedly to get gel polish even after she asked for regular, the nail tech was incredibly rough with her cuticles and left her nails a mess. She was over charged and even after questioning it, was told it was fine and given no receipt. Her nails look terrible, are uneven, oddly shaped and she came home on tears saying she felt bullied the whole time. She tried texting me to come meet her and was scolded by the nail tech and told not to touch her phone. This is unbelievable!!! Avoid at all cost!!DO NOT SEND TEEN GIRLS HERE! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner (I think) which she was so friendly and welcoming. I did not have appointment but was taken back rather quickly. I was a walk-in and needed some advice on how to handle my nails. And Kim gave me good advice on acrylic versus my own nails. I hate the process of removing and putting on acrylic nails She was honest and kind and said my own nails were healthy and felt I didnt need acrylic. She said I had princess skin while she was massaging lotion into my hands. And did a great job on my nails. Thank you so much Kim for making me feel comfortable while visiting Virginia. I will make sure my nieces know about your great clean salon. BTW your prices are great and fair! The lady from CA/MT.
