My sister goes here & she likes it. So i wanted to try getting my nails done buy jenny, so i walked in an asked for a fill n she sat me down right away n got to work. Now, what i didn’t like was she was on facetime the whole time. Not paying much attention, i got light pink nails with a few (3) Diamonds on my ring finger it looked okay but the light pink nail polish was Streaky and I had asked for Shellack but it was straight up polish. My hands felt sore after getting them done. Smh they were waay over priced also i paid 40+ for a simple fill. I left pretty unhappy plus two days later my pinky nail broke off. (I dont use my hands roughly either) anyway i call the nail salon n jenny answers the phone and i nicely explain to her what had happened n if she can fix the broken nail. She then gave me her number n told me to text her, so i did. Nothing back the next day another broke n then another…my fingers were sore n at this point not cute, nail polish was pilling off…i dont Recommend this place poor customer service & awful work.

I really liked how the shop was clean, up to date and well kept. Upon entering, all nail techs greeted me. I had an appointment set and they saw me almost immediately. I am no nail connaoseur, but the previous places I had been to always let me do gel on my toes and never really recommended anything for my specific needs. So, naturally, I said I wanted gel, but the woman (sadly, I did not get my pedicurist’s name) recommended regular polish for toes. After a quick thought, I realized she’s actually right. It’s kind of a pain to get the gel taken off, plus you’re always at the mercy of the gel and needing to file the stuff off. So, I went with regular polish (I thought of maybe changing the color on my toes between visits). My acrylics were pretty grown out and the tips were about 2+ months old. Jenni took care of me and replaced my old tips with fresh ones, along with the acrylic overlay. Both women did such a thorough job on my hands and feet. Nipping, cleaning, cutting, shaping, massaging – the whole works. In my experiences as a client of different shops, I have seen thick sets of nails, thinner ones, weak ones…but, this time? Pretty darn close to real and natural – yet very durable. My pedicure? Beautiful! Visually and service wise. I believe this shop deserves more positive reviews! They really impressed me and the prices are reasonable. Even better, they have their prices clearly displayed, so there is no question about price, should you want to add services. I will definitely return to this shop for my next fill and pedicure. They are very professional in their way of consultation and providing strong customer service and excellent craftsmanship. Please give them a try next time you need to get your nails done in Milpitas. They even stay open past 7pm!! I am a new fan of this place 🙂 great job OPI NAILS!

I got my acrylics done there today, and let me tell you, it was painful. She filed the side so much it cut my skin and it is bleeding under the nail in a such. The lady there also didn’t cut the nails to the same size and didn’t paint it on the sides. I like the way they did the mani pedis in the past, but I’m never going there for my acrylics again.
