This was my second time visiting this place. The first time, the guy who did my manicure did a rush job, and it came out sloppy. A couple of my nails didn’t even have the polish completely covering. This time, I came for a pedicure, hoping that the last experience I had was a one-time occurrence. The lady who did my pedicure was VERY rough when working on my cuticles, and made me bleed! She didn’t stop despite multiple “ouches” from me. Even though I was the only customer in there, she did a rush job, slamming my cuticles into my nail bed with the flat metal cuticle pusher. It was a very painful experience. My bleeding toe better not get infected because I don’t ever want to come here again! Stay away from this business!

First visit. Had a mani and pedi. Toes looked funny after the polish was on because she rounded my toenails too much. Did a good job with the cuticles tho.

I went on their website before I went in and looked at their prices because I wanted to know how much they charge for a regular full set ($25). The male doing my nails asked if I wanted gel polish and I said no “regular everything”. When I was done he said my total was $35.. umm? I asked why it was so high because the website said $25. He said because he “asked” me if I wanted “gel powder”.. NEVER did he ask me. I didn’t even know they changed it to “gel powder”.. just watch out if you’re expecting $25 for a full set there.

I’ve been here twice. My first visit, I came with my mother. We both wanted pedicures. The lady ( who acted like she was the manager or owner) said she could fit us in but then proceeded to have someone do my feet while my mother waited an hour with her feet untouched. We explained that we had wanted to have our pedicures together at which time she responded that we should have made an appointment. She expounded on how she made sure those who made appointments were treated with preference. We left annoyed but decided to make an appointment for our next visit.

I had gone to this salon every two weeks for 2 years. But David, the manager, left about 2 months ago and now it is going down hill. The new manager Tom tries to go to fast and does sloppy work and leaves “chunks” of acrylic under my nails. I haven’t had a broken nail in years but after he did mine I had a nail break within a week. When I went in he just tried to fix it by putting more acrylic over it. It broke down in only 2 days. When I went back and complained he was very rude to me and wouldn’t speak a word to me while doing the repair but was speaking Vietnamese the whole time. He jerked the old nail off (which hurt) and sloppily put on another nail. It has only been a week since I go my nails done and I have (3) nails with chips and a big chunk of acrylic under the one he repaired. I seldom have a chipped nails. Since David left, I would not recommend this place. However, Linda is VERY sweet and does great pedicures. I would recommend her. HOORAY!! I found Tony the guy that did my nails when I first moved here!! I will NOT go back to Oolala Nails!!

It’s in your best interest to call ahead and make an appointment if you go on a weekend. They get busy fast. The staff is always kind and efficient. Great gel manicures and spa pedis! Prefer them to another nearby shop for sure. Competitively priced for the area with better quality results.

Insulting staff, I was pregnant and she said my son was going to have a hard life bc of the year he was going to be born. HAD a prior experience and a Male manicurist cut my cuticle, no biggie things happen, but he blamed me… I finally learned my lesson!

The mani and pedi were ok but no professionalism at all. Nothing but talking during the whole pedi and same gel lites used for hands and feet. Not Good. Would not go back

I will never go here again, they are rude and I question the integrity of the people who work there. There work is very sloppy and it makes me wonder if they are even licensed. This used to be a nice place to go and it has gone way down hill.
