If I could put ZERO stars I would. The lady who did my full acrylic set, was angry with me because I didn’t want gel. I was on a budget and I needed something simple. Instead of doing her job professionally, despite what was best for me, she gave me the worst nail experience I’ve EVER had. She cut up 5 of my fingers, bad enough they all bled. She didn’t talk to me the entire time, and littlerally threw my hands around in frustration. When I left I still had glue all over my fingers, AND my paint job was sloppy. My nails were so thin that they started chipping off, most have popped off. I get Gel nails are where it’s at and acrylic are whack. But for them to be completely worthless after 6 days is pretty ridiculous. What else is sad, is the fact that this woman was very nice to me after I gave her a nice tip. I continplated on going back, but after my nails falling off this quickly and the terrible service I received. I’d rather not give this place a second chance.o

They owner not friendly to seniors .Nail tech forgot to cream my legs. Cost 65 dollars and the two toes painted don’t match.I think they don’t want my business . Their service has declined tremendously over time and when I mentioned that I was not satisfied with the quality of service nothing happened. I was basically told sorry for your loss after explaining to the owner that I received a bad experience. My mail tech didn’t listen to me nor did she give the expected level of service. Won’t be going back

Pao always does an amazing job! I’ll only go to Ooh Lala. Today I got the dip for the first time in a sparkly peach- LOVE IT! My sister in law got the gel polish and it also looks flawless! ❤❤❤

Frequent client here. Overall I’ve had good experience. I like a couple of techs . Beware of the gel polish though. Two different people and 4 different occasions have I had to return bc of this. Then when I get regular polish it’s guaranteed to be sloppy (green polish photo). It’s hard to find a good nail salon but the couple of people I go to there are pretty good most of the time

Botched both mine and my moms nails. Explained over and over that they looked lumpy and they did not fix them. They’re all funky shapes and crooked. They couldn’t even put the top coat on correctly. It’s all just messed up. Will never come here again. My mom has been going there for years but her lady doesn’t work there anymore but still decided to try it out and was highly disappointed.
