I had the Worse expierence ever!!! I had a hair stylist name “Ed” he was intimidating made me feel so uncomfortable ,i felt he was unhappy to cut my thick hair and seemed in a hurry…all i wanted was Bangs and Trim around my face, the cut was horrible all uneven the bangs were cut too short the trim around my face was chopped ..The worse ive ever expierence ,i left shaky and very depress, because i have not touched my hair for years and to walk away this upset was terrible.
