There was a time I wouldn’t wish this place upon my worst enemy due to extremely rude and unprofessional customer service, but the last six months my opinion has changed. Both times I’ve gotten the hot stone pedicure (so I can only review my experience with the pedicure). The tech was very professional, kept a clean station, did a great job with the hot stone massage, and was friendly and engaging the whole visit. I got Andy this last time, he did a fantastic job on my pedicure and made sure I was comfortable and really liked my result. I’ll definitely be scheduling my pedicures with Andy in the future to ensure a great spa experience. Nail salons are hit and miss but this place deserves a second chance.

I like this nail salon, it’s in an easy convenient location. I had an appointment which I was able to schedule online and had a fast check in for when I arrived. My nail tech was clean and professional. I was at ease being able to see her license at her station. I chose to get a manicure, my nail tech was very efficient and did a great job at laying the color. I will return again to use their services.

This place is nice and clean, however prices are very high. I wanted a dip manicure and I was told I had to pay $10 extra to have my cuticles cut. I still paid $55 for the manicure in the end, without the add on. They didn’t even put lotion on my hands. It really feels like they are nickel-and-diming you. Don’t think I’ll go back. My manicure lasted two weeks which was great but the service was just not as good as I’d hoped!

Changing my review from 5 star. I’ve actually recommened this place to people. I LOVED Tina, she was the best technician I’ve ever had. But today’s experience was not great. Tina left and I got Nancy. She cut me, not once, not twice, but four times today. Once on both ring fingers, once on my right thumb and once on my left middle finger. The front desk lady apologized for her being slow, and honestly I don’t care that much about speed as long as it’s done well. I’m super disappointed. I’ll give them another chance and see if I can find another star technician, but still sad about today.
