Booking with Shirley was the best thing I ever did with my hair. I was traumatized with color and haircut from a henna disaster. Some had tried to help me, but I’d lost all trust for different hairstylists cause I was so scared. I came to her in desperation and she knew exactly what to do. She went to the store and came back just for me. She slowly built back my confidence. Every visit we went a step further in fixing color, trying styles. She communicates so well and helps you get where you need. I now look forward to salon appointments just to spend time with her. She has a beautiful soothing energy and an intuition for these things. The location itself is just beautiful. I dont want anyone else but her now. She makes me look so pretty and knows how to bring out my strengths, even when I dont know how to describe them. If you want someone who listens, give her a call. So worth it.

I made an appointment with Charli 2 and a half weeks in advanced to have my hair done on Friday before Easter.. She cancelled the day of the appointment and advised I would have to wait another entire week before she could get me in again after she canceled my appointment. I even spoke with her the night before to confirm my appointment. Keep in mind this was the Friday before Easter and because she canceled day of.. I wasn’t able to find anyone to do my hair before the weekend. I was super disappointed. My mom also had a bad experience with Amanda. She spoke with Amanda in the salon and she told my mom to text her to make an appointment… My mom texted several times and Amanda NEVER replied at all. Such a shame… If these girls don’t want new clients they should just say that and not drag people around and around. I would never make another appointment here if I actually wanted to get my hair done…

I absolutely love this shop. The stylists are amazing in what they do. There really is so much talent in Ooh La La! They get it right every time! I’ve seen a few stylists here before I became a regular which kept me coming back. I’ve been going to Becky now for a couple years and she always does a great job. The environment is fun, friendly and always happy! The prices are great too!

I also added a lymphatic drainage treatment which was only $10 for my terrible sinus and to see if this would help my advanced hypothyroidism and immediately I could breathe!!
