I only put one star in order to do this review or if I would have had the option I wouldn’t have given that. I have had extensions for over 10 years and have never had any problems. I am very aware of how to take care of them and how long they should last after they are put in. I was told about the onyx hair extensions and wanted to try them. Well I did and never again!! I had them in for one month and had them removed. I ended putting in my old ones that I had in previously (that had been in for 4- 5 months) and still had lots of life left. My friend had also bought a bag and had hers in for a week and the same thing happened that had happened to mine. (The hair broke off, it tangled and was very snarky and dry regardless of what you did) she is a hairdresser by trade. Being unsatisfied my friend contacted the owner and all she could say was “I will let my Distributor know” Great customer Service!!! So before you spend your money on trash! I hope if you want extensions you see or read this review before getting any from her!! I know for a fact that we are not the only ones this has happened to. (Others just might have not come forth public.)
