Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was there in July and they did a good job on my hair color. Went there recently and I got the worst color of my life. Jamie does not know how to do hair. She started at my roots and did half my head then waited and did the same to the other half. I asked for strawberry blonde and she proudly made me firetruck red. She was proud of the splotchy dye job and horrible haircut she gave me. It fried my hair and I had to cut a bunch off. I was there in July and they did a good job on my hair color. Went there recently and I got the worst color of my life. Jamie does not know how to do hair. Only two chairs open, they closed two when I arrived. About 10 people waiting for cuts. They only left open the chairs that are for military in uniform have head of the line privileges.I get it is a military base but, half of us in there are military too!. I just waited an hour, watching people show up in uniform and skip everyone waiting. An hour! They never called a number. Manager is also no where to be found. Worst military barber I have been to. How about you leave at least one chair open that does number calling to be fair. Poorly managed.

Critical: QualityI asked for a trim and a hair treatment. The lady suggested layers I said sure as long as you don’t cut too much off. As she’s starts cutting I’m telling her that’s too much and she doesn’t listen. After I complained it’s too short she tried arguing with me that it was only layers and my length didn’t change even though there was a tremendous difference. I’m mad.
